When asked what she'd like, she requested a whimsical, wonky cake, with red piping. It was only for family and friend (14 in total) but I got a bit carried away and we're still eating cake!!!

...each tier is three layers, the top is a 6 inch milk chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache filling and white chocolate ganache frosting, and the bottom is a 9 inch white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache for both the filling and frosting. For the ganache I use an adjusted version of this recipe.

...the topper is made from sugarpaste and is of my gorgeous sister and her daughter. The little girl was designed wearing her favourite outfit, but in real life is even cuter!
